NVA Research Update Newsletter

This newsletter keeps the medical community up-to-date on current
research pertaining to chronic vulvar pain disorders. It is sent
via e-mail on a quarterly basis and contains abstracts and references
to current research published in medical journals or presented
at scientific meetings. Please contact Chris

listserve to receive these updates.
CME/CE Accredited Online Tutorial
In October 2007, the NVA launched a CME/CE accredited online tutorial for healthcare professionals titled, Vulvodynia: Integrating Current Knowledge into Clinical Practice . This program, jointly sponsored by the NVA and the Dannemiller Memorial Educational Foundation, includes a self-guided presentation on the prevalence, differential diagnosis, treatment and etiology of vulvodynia. NVA News
The NVA newsletter, published three times per year, contains articles
written by medical experts on the diagnosis and treatment of vulvovaginal
disorders. Medical professionals who join the NVA will immediately

Patient Self-Help Guide
This comprehensive guide provides an overview of vulvodynia from both gynecological and chronic pain perspectives. In addition to focusing on the treatment of vulvodynia, the guide features self-help tips and coping strategies for vulvodynia patients, as well as information on general gynecological health.
