For Health Professionals: How NVA Can Help Your Practice

In 2007, the NVA developed the first and only online CME/CE course on vulvodynia for health care providers. In April 2016, an updated version of this tutorial became available. The most current issues of our highly praised newsletter, with expert articles on vulvodynia’s causes and treatments, are available online. In the future, articles on treatment and research will be posted online and emailed to those on our listserve. Not on our listserve yet? Click here to join.  We also distribute patient brochures to your office, free of charge to practitioners in the U.S. (Outside the U.S., we request $15 for extra postage.) Our patient educational booklets are also available for a modest fee. To increase your patient-base while helping women with vulvodynia find the care they need, you can add your name to our patient referral list.

To foster important research, the NVA awards research grants and we keep the medical-scientific community abreast of recent scientific and clinical advances through our biannual Research Update newsletter, which contains abstracts from journals and medical meetings.
